  • Tracking - Cargo tracking with the help of Electronic Data Interchange enables real-time tracking as it helps in removing manual entry errors
  • Billing - The automated process helps in generating voices that can be checked and compared within a short time thus speeding up the entire process
  • Auditing - With every consignment being scrutinized separately the chances of losing out on precious money are removed

Project Details:
  • Verification of imported products (On dock) - Quality Control people plan ahead for incoming shipments and identify the products coming in and with reference to guidelines for QC verify the product
  • Updating reports online (Mobile to Server system) - The results of the verification are published online along with required documents through an app-based system onto the cloud server
  • Listing of products - Once the data has been uploaded to the cloud server the product listing goes online where through a role-based system the concerned person or group of persons can check them

To minimize manual entries and errors for the creation of multi-attributed invoices and Delivery orders in due time

Project Details:
  • Collect data from pdf / other raw data formats - Data across different formats are accumulated and integrated at a centralized place
  • Creating data attributes like rates, category, pro-ration etc - The accumulated data and post-integration columns are created for the required fields for online bill generation
  • Generating Invoices and D.O. as and when required - The generated invoice and delivery order is stored in the cloud environment and using the features of the web application’s online report generation the invoice and delivery order can be generated as and when required

  • Easy update of the status of beneficiaries - Through a mobile app and an easy-to-use interface, the status is updated online to the cloud server
  • Run time update of “To do” and “Done” lists - The online cloud data gives the flexibility to develop a trigger-based system for the tasks in hand and the list of completed work
  • Distribution of duties of field workers - The details of field workers are present online and the relevant tasks can be assigned to them and kept track of
  • Update of all level caregivers - The caregivers will update the status regularly in their remote location using the easy-to-mobile interface with minimum bandwidth
  • Feedback and Actionable study - The entire online system makes space for a robust feedback system and statistical reports can be taken out to carry out a comprehensive study of the entire process flow

  • On successful completion of training, they will be assigned two industry-level capstone projects based on which they will be graded

  • A reminder of dues and delays - The online system triggers an auto-generated mailing system to remind about the dues and the shipment delays
  • Communicating truckers - The primary objective of this tracking system is to provide customers with information about the details of the route, delivery status, estimated delivery date, and the estimated time of delivery
  • Rail link tracking - If you ship or receive freight on rail, at some point you are going to want to have visibility of where those shipments are and their current status and our shipment tracking tools with varying functionality enable us to do this with ease

Project Goal:

As a part of the HRDaas team it was our responsibility to provide the HR- related data as a service to the client. This particular project was part of proving HR-related employee information to the client. To channel the data from the db2 database into a staging area where with the help of informatica we apply the transformations and send it to a target based on the clients customized requirements

Project Details:
  • Writing customized SQL queries by implementing the business logic after a discussion with the requirement analysis team
  • Developed the code for implementing the ETL logic with the help of the Informatica power centre
  • Writing the post-SQL and pre-SQL scripts to deactivate the old records as daily incoming data will be marked as active and all old data with be marked as inactive
  • Developing and testing all the backend programs, Informatica mappings and update processes
  • Creation of labels and deployment of code to higher environments like QA and UAT
